About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid social efforts across Mexico and Canada. Your primary focus will be driving customer acquisition and business growth through high-impact social and video channels. This role involves owning the end-to-end strategy and execution of paid social campaigns, emphasizing full-funnel program development, rigorous experimentation, and delivering measurable impact on pipeline and revenue. You will play a key role in scaling campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, CTV, and emerging channels like Reddit, while also exploring new platforms for growth in these specific markets.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, analytical, and eager to uncover growth opportunities while continuously improving cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS) across multiple platforms. This is a high-impact role critical to achieving our growth goals in two distinct, fast-evolving markets, offering an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in data-driven environments, enjoys problem-solving, and is motivated by owning outcomes from start to finish.

This role is open to candidates based in Canada.

  • Obsessively Curious: You excel at digging into competitors, markets, and buyer behavior to uncover unique insights and create competitive advantages.
  • Think Like a Seller: You create actionable playbooks, tactics, and assets that directly benefit sales teams and drive wins.
  • Architect of Your Own Career: You seek rapid career development and opportunities to master your craft in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Be with the Best: You want to be part of a high-caliber team that fosters collaboration and mutual support.

In this Role, You Will

  • Develop and execute a data-driven customer acquisition and expansion strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, CTV, Reddit, and other emerging paid social channels.
  • Experiment with newer and emerging platforms to identify growth opportunities relevant to Mexican and Canadian audiences.
  • Adapt and localize global paid social strategies for Mexico and Canada, ensuring cultural relevance, regional market dynamics, appropriate language localization, and alignment with local buyer behavior.
  • Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, including audience targeting, creative briefing, ad trafficking, performance analysis, and optimization.
  • Utilize A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve ad creative, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and messaging.
  • Leverage performance data to inform creative direction, audience segmentation, campaign structure, and bidding approaches.
  • Analyze and present campaign performance, providing recommendations for new growth opportunities and outcome improvements.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing Ops, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, and the broader Americas Marketing team to build integrated campaigns.
  • Champion and embody Samsara's cultural principles.
  • Maintain accurate budget tracking and pacing, proactively flagging risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations for proper UTM tagging, CRM integration, and attribution.
  • Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social, with demonstrated expertise across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and CTV; experience with Reddit or other emerging social platforms is a strong plus.
  • Experience managing paid social budgets across Mexico and/or Canada, with an understanding of the unique media landscape and audience dynamics in each market.
  • Skilled in building campaigns directly in platform-native tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads for YouTube).
  • Experience with high-growth SaaS products, the B2B sales funnel, and the B2B MarTech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Skilled in ad trafficking, implementing tracking tags in Google Tag Manager, and understanding server-side tracking and first-party data strategies.

  • Bachelor's degree.

Ideal Candidate Also Has

  • Experience working with all company segments (Commercial, Mid-Market, Enterprise) across the Americas.
  • Deep understanding of B2B attribution models and the non-linear buyer journey, especially for video and social-first channels.
  • Familiarity with CTV buying strategies, programmatic social, and platform-specific audience solutions.
