About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Motive, you will be instrumental in developing and closing business with Motive’s largest prospects. You'll engage with top-tier companies that form the backbone of the physical economy, leveraging Motive's strong product positioning to drive growth. This role is a key part of our significant investment in the Enterprise Go-To-Market (GTM) segment, where you will champion the value of our products and the tangible business outcomes they deliver.

What You'll Do
- Prospect and secure new Enterprise business by cultivating executive relationships within key accounts.
- Drive account expansion and increase share of wallet by deeply understanding client businesses and identifying collaborative opportunities.
- Leverage executive relationships to ensure success in RFP processes and grow contractual business.
- Collaborate with your account team, utilizing customer analytics and resources to optimize client purchasing decisions.
- Resolve complex problems by identifying issues, critically analyzing situations, and implementing effective solutions.
- Work alongside technical resources to demonstrate the power of integrations and the value of our partner ecosystem.
- Plan effectively to meet and exceed revenue quotas and business goals.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our technology platform and operations, feeding market insights back into business strategy.
- Continuously study market trends to provide consultative insights to clients.
About You
- Possess deep Enterprise sales experience, with a proven history of partnering with F1000 clients.
- Have 4+ years of experience in SaaS or industry-relevant Enterprise field sales.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of exceeding quotas and growing your book of business, supported by data.
- Excel at building rapport with executive decision-makers, influencing outcomes through business acumen and solution expertise.
- Exhibit a history of independent work with a data-driven mindset to achieve sales goals.
- Possess best-in-class communication skills, effectively conveying value propositions and managing objections.
Compensation & Benefits
- On-Target Earnings (Base Pay + Commissions): $230,000 - $300,000 USD (varies by location).
