About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Client Services, you will play an integral role in post-sales client relationships. Your focus will be on user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, client retention, and identifying account expansion opportunities. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Client Service support teams, and cross-functional teams to maximize customer campaign ROI. This role requires utilizing your RTB/Programmatic media buying experience to optimize campaigns and deliver unique solutions that ensure client satisfaction and campaign performance.
Location: Remote First, prioritizing candidates in the NY/NJ area.
What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients across diverse verticals.
- Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
- Ensure campaign success through regular reporting, strategic solutions, and optimizations to meet KPIs.
- Set up and traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third-party tag implementation and pixel management.
- Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to the development of tools, procedures, and reports to increase efficiency.
- Optimize campaigns and recommend new opportunities based on regular performance analysis.
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Provide strategic thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Travel up to 20% of the time.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 6+ years of experience in Real-Time Bidding (RTB)/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network).
- Experience running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or executing campaigns through a DSP as a self-serve user.
- Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence.
- A strong focus on account retention and revenue growth.
- The ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform knowledge.
- Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas.
- Experience working with complex databases is a plus.
