About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Motive, you will be responsible for developing and closing business with Motive’s largest prospects. You'll target impactful companies that power the physical economy across North America. Motive is heavily investing in its Enterprise Go-To-Market (GTM) team, and you will be at the forefront, selling the value of our products and the business outcomes they enable.
Territory: Texas (Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Oklahoma; must reside in one of these states).
What You'll Do
- Prospect and win new Enterprise business by developing key executive relationships within target accounts.
- Drive account expansion and increase share of wallet by deeply understanding client businesses and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
- Leverage executive relationships to secure RFP wins and grow contractual business.
- Partner with your account team, utilizing customer analytics and resources to optimize client purchasing decisions.
- Resolve complex problems by identifying issues, critically analyzing them, and implementing optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with technical resources to showcase the power of integrations and the value of our partner ecosystem.
- Plan effectively to meet and exceed ongoing business goals and revenue quotas.
- Develop a deep understanding of our technology platform and operations, feeding market insights back into business strategy.
- Continuously study market trends to provide consultative insights to clients.
About You
- Possess deep Enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of partnering with F1000 clients.
- A true hunter, driven to win new logos and build business from the ground up.
- Have 4+ years of SaaS or industry-relevant Enterprise field sales experience.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of exceeding quotas and rapidly growing your book of business, backed by data.
- Excel at building rapport with executive decision-makers, influencing outcomes through business acumen and solution expertise.
- Show a history of independent work with a data-driven mindset for charting a path to sales goals.
- Possess best-in-class communication skills, effectively conveying value propositions and managing objections.
Compensation & Benefits
- On-Target Earnings (Base Pay + Commissions): $230,000 - $300,000 USD (compensation range depends on location).
