About the Role
Kojo is seeking energetic and eager Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our expanding Sales team. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Development, this role operates 100% remotely, focusing on confidently engaging prospective customers and guiding them into our sales funnel. The relationships you build will be instrumental in achieving our mission.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to understand their business challenges and identify how Kojo can provide solutions.
- Schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives with potential clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly quotas for meetings held and Sales Accepted Opportunities.
- Adhere to Kojo's workflows and sales operations processes to maintain accurate funnel and prospect data.
- Serve as a Kojo ambassador, representing the company's values and mission.
About You
We are looking for a motivated individual with high energy, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills for engaging with prospective customers in the construction sector. If you identify as a "hustler" eager for professional sales development, this role is for you. You must be adept at managing your time and resources to meet assigned quotas.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience making 75+ cold calls per day in a previous BDR or SDR role.
- Effective phone communication and rapport-building skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.

- Persistence, resilience, and a willingness to embrace rejection.
