About the Role

Are you eager to contribute to our successful sales activities in the German market? We are seeking a dedicated Advertising Sales Support professional to join our Advertising Sales team. You will support our Sales Managers in their daily tasks and help us achieve our sales goals. This role serves as a central point of contact for administrative matters, coordinating inquiries from clients and agencies, and collaborating closely with internal teams such as Ad Operations, Finance, and Product Management. The position begins on a freelancer basis, with the potential for a permanent employment contract upon successful collaboration.

Your Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update offers and presentations in collaboration with the Sales Director and Product Management (strategy presentations, product presentations, customer-specific presentations, seasonal offers, etc.).
• Conduct competitor analyses and sales evaluations (CRM analyses) and derive appropriate sales measures.
• Prepare and adapt offers, and process customer inquiries to support the sales team.
• Conceptualize, coordinate, and implement B2B marketing activities (campaigns, customer events, promotional materials, promotions, and other activities).
• Contribute to strategic sales projects.
• Optional: Participate in industry events and trade fairs.
• Create and present reports for clients and agencies that cannot be generated via Salesforce.
• Support budget planning and forecast creation.
• Manage and send newsletters.
• Maintain and update the Advertising website.

Your Profile

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in online media, sales, or marketing.
• Completed commercial or administrative apprenticeship/training.
• Fluent German (min. C1) and English (min. B2) language skills.
• Very good knowledge of Google Workspace applications, especially Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Strong customer orientation and a confident, likeable demeanor.
• High organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a structured manner.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented work approach.
• Independent working style and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Advantageous Skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience in media, campaign planning, and management.
