What You Will Do

  • Manage and drive a comprehensive program plan, identifying and coordinating interdependencies across multiple projects, in close collaboration with project managers, business unit leads, and the Migration Program Director.
  • Prepare, plan, and lead regular program updates for internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the client's Intapp sponsor and senior/executive stakeholders, engaging in regular meetings to gather feedback, provide insights, and proactively address risks and issues.
  • Provide hands-on support to project managers during critical project phases to ensure deadlines are met, client expectations are managed, and all risks are mitigated for successful delivery.
  • Offer management and guidance in a matrixed capacity to project managers and Intapp services professionals.
  • Swiftly manage escalations with senior client leaders, collaborating with the team to develop effective issue resolutions.
  • Negotiate with senior-level management, both internally and externally, to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Identify and allocate the skills of project team members, including subcontractors, ensuring clear understanding of assignments and identifying any resource gaps.
  • Leverage and implement innovative methodologies, enablers, and best practices to accelerate delivery and time-to-value for customers.

What You Will Need

  • 3-5 years of program direction/management experience in a geo-dispersed, matrixed organization, with a proven track record of delivering a diverse portfolio of software products and solutions for multiple clients simultaneously.
  • A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience working in a technology-oriented company or functional role. Experience in Legal, Consulting, or Accountancy (Big 4) is a significant plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, given the significant direct customer interaction involved.
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working under tight deadlines with demanding internal and external customers in a start-up environment.
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Legal sector experience is highly desirable.
  • Strategic Consulting or Big 4 consulting experience is a plus.
  • Prince2/PMP certifications (or similar).
  • Excellent hands-on skills with common office automation products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio).
  • Advanced or Master’s Degree is highly preferred.
