The Role

We are eager to welcome an outstanding Product Manager to join the Elastic Observability product team, with a focus on Infrastructure Observability. With your knowledge and understanding of the Observability domain and expertise in Infrastructure Observability, you’ll help ensure that we give our customers the best end-to-end full stack Observability experience for the infrastructure systems and services we monitor. This role significantly impacts the success of our Observability product!

What You Will Be Doing

• Define and drive the vision and strategy for Infrastructure Observability, aligning at every step with organizational and company strategy.
• Identify gaps in the end-to-end experience, define, and own the roadmap to fill those gaps.
• Work closely across teams and organizations, collaborating with Engineering, UX, Design, and other teams to deliver on your roadmap and bring top-notch experiences to our users.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams on go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement, and feature adoption.
• Track user engagement and feedback to inform product and feature evolution.

What You Bring

• Ideally 10+ years in product management or a closely related area.
• Extensive experience in monitoring cloud and/or infrastructure systems and services powering modern applications.
• Observability and/or performance monitoring domain knowledge.
• Comfort working independently, converting abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions, working from the customer backward, and using AI tools to accelerate alignment and outcomes.
• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
• Passion for industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively across multiple organizations and teams.
• Experience working in a remote, globally distributed work environment is optional but desired.
• Knowledge of open-source software is optional but desired.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: Base salary only; no variable compensation component.
• Salary Range: $154,000—$243,600 CAD (typical starting range).
• Stock Program: Eligible to participate in Elastic’s stock program.
• Retirement: Company-matched Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) up to 6% of eligible earnings.
