Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

• Telephone acquisition of potential new customers.
• Conducting free initial consultations for needs analysis.
• Telephone contact with existing contacts in our system.
• Consulting and preparing our interested parties for further discussions.

• Motivation to learn sales from scratch.
• Ability to follow existing processes and implement them consistently.
• Quick comprehension and discipline.
• Strong communication skills and a good sense for precise conversation management.

• A pleasant, calm, and trustworthy voice.
• Clean and error-free written expression in German.

Compensation

• Salary: €3,500 per month (gross).
