What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute FloQast’s North America Field Marketing strategy for a specific region, focusing on lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer adoption.
  • Create integrated, data-driven marketing plans aligned with corporate programs, collaborating cross-functionally to execute field activities like regional events, tradeshows, virtual sessions, and digital campaigns.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of field marketing initiatives and provide regular updates and insights to leadership.
  • Use data to inform strategic adjustments and improvements to marketing efforts.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and cadence calls with key stakeholders, including sales leaders and marketing team members, to discuss strategy, initiatives, status, and results.
  • Partner closely with sales and sales development teams to accelerate pipeline in target accounts and drive net new revenue growth.
  • Contribute to creating programmatic and scalable marketing efforts by documenting best practices and lessons learned.
  • Undertake any other assigned tasks to support the company's goals.

What You’ll Bring

  • A "builder" mentality and strong collaboration skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in field or partner marketing is required.
  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience; prior B2B SaaS experience is highly desired.
  • A proven track record of driving B2B sales results through field marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional marketing expertise and co-marketing experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with brand and relationship-building experience.
  • Successful project management and organizational skills with the ability to work across functional areas to implement strategies.
  • Solid understanding of the finance and accounting or fintech ecosystem is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, and Asana is preferred.
  • BA/BS degree; prior accounting or fintech experience or former CPA is a significant plus.

Important Notes

  • Hybrid Work Model: This role requires working in the office 3 days per week, subject to change based on team and business needs.
  • Visa Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is NOT available at this time.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Pay Range: $94,000 - $126,000 USD
