Your Role

As a Digital Marketing & Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the digital marketing efforts for our available office and commercial spaces. You will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that highlights our unique properties.

Your Responsibilities

• Support digital marketing for vacant office and commercial spaces.
• Create photo and video recordings of our GSG-Hofs, utilizing modern recording technologies such as drone flights.
• Implement 360° tours and digital space visualizations using relevant tools (e.g., Matterport).
• Process and post-production of image and video material.
• Maintain and manage created media content.
• Support social media and press relations.

Your Qualifications

• Studies in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a comparable field.
• Openness to new tools and formats (e.g., 360°, 3D, drone).
• Ideally, prior experience with:
• Drone piloting (drone pilot license is an advantage).
• Matterport or comparable tools.
• Image/video editing (e.g., Adobe Suite).
• Technical understanding and a hands-on mentality.
• Structured, meticulous, and independent way of working.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Driver's license (Class B).
