The Role

The Product Management team is seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to focus on the ezCater Restaurant Partner platform. You will be responsible for building services and capabilities that enable our restaurant partners to efficiently grow their business on ezCater and provide them with essential data for success. You will collaborate with product, data, and user experience teams to create a cohesive and exceptional experience for our restaurant partners, including designing data structures and services for best-in-class reporting and personalization.

What You'll Do

• Drive Vision & Roadmap: Develop the vision and roadmap for the restaurant partner platform, encompassing data structures, backend services, and front-end experiences tailored to partner roles.
• Enhance Reporting: Expand reporting capabilities and provide actionable insights to restaurant partners.
• Evangelize Vision: Use research and data to compellingly communicate the roadmap and vision.
• User Empathy: Develop deep empathy for ezCater users and act as their strongest advocate.
• Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Collaborate with Design, Research, Engineering, Data Analysis, and other Product Managers to define, prioritize, and build new features and improve user experiences.
• Drive Innovation: Continuously identify areas for innovation and improvement to maintain a leading marketplace user experience.
• Measure Success: Create and monitor key metrics to define and track success.
• Team Collaboration: Travel to Boston quarterly for planning and business reviews.
• Enjoy the Work: Have fun building impactful software with great colleagues.

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably with marketplace experience.
• Experience designing and implementing platform services.
• Proven track record of innovating on behalf of customers, understanding their needs, and finding creative solutions.
• History of building best-in-class experiences across platforms.
• Deep analytical ability; comfortable working with and manipulating data to inform solutions.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to work closely with team members across different functional areas.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Target Cash Compensation: $206,000 - $276,000 annually (base salary + bonus target).
• Note: Final offers depend on experience, expertise, and region. This range excludes benefits like equity, 401K, and insurance.
