Technical Product Manager / Product Owner / Project Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks

Product & Requirements Management

• Create, refine, and maintain Jira tickets, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Manage requirement changes and ensure proper documentation.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization.
• Ensure the development team fully understands product requirements.

Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary coordination point between founders, developers, designers, and external partners.
• Track progress, identify blockers, and follow up on open tasks.
• Ensure transparency on project status, risks, and timelines.
• Facilitate alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
• Prepare and participate in sprint reviews, demos, and planning sessions.

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Coordinate testing activities for releases and feature deployments.
• Support feature validation and acceptance testing.
• Ensure features meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Track bugs and issues until resolution.

Technical Collaboration

• Work closely with frontend, backend, and mobile development teams.
• Assist in clarifying technical requirements and resolving ambiguities.
• Support release planning and deployment readiness.
• Ensure smooth communication between business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, or similar.
• Experience working closely with software development teams.
• Strong Jira and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Experience writing detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Experience with SaaS, marketplace, or platform-based products.
• Understanding of APIs, cloud-based architectures, and integrations.
• Experience working with remote and international development teams.
• Startup experience.
