Responsibilities

• Conception and implementation of graphic and communication design across all touchpoints (internal, client, event, social media)
• Deck building & deck maintenance: Creation and design of presentations and pitch decks
• Layout, typography, and creation/maintenance of visual systems / brand identities
• Production graphics: Final artwork, print data, and branding assets for campaigns and events (often multiple assets within one identity)
• Design of mailings, templates, and internal communication materials
• Preparation and design of social media content formats for our channels
• Close collaboration with the Design Lead and project teams

Qualifications

• University degree in Graphic/Communication Design
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Graphic/Communication Design
• Strong foundation in hard skills: layout, typography, visual systems / identities
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience with print data, final artwork, and production
• Meticulous, independent, and reliable work style – even during high-paced phases
• Passion for visual language and a flair for social media
• A plus: Visual storytelling / Art Direction, interest in AI / Image Generation and spatial visualization
