Service Technician (m/f/d) - Printers & Copiers

About the Role

As a Service Technician (m/f/d), you are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of printers and copiers at customer locations. You are part of a dynamic team characterized by professionalism and customer service.

Responsibilities

Your tasks include:

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining printers and copiers at the customer's site.
• Performing regular maintenance work to ensure the flawless functioning of the devices.
• Troubleshooting technical issues with printers and copiers.

Qualifications

Your profile:

• You have completed vocational training as an electrician, IT systems electrician, or in a similar technical field, or possess corresponding professional experience.
• You have experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of printers, copiers, and similar devices.
• You have knowledge of electrical engineering and/or IT networks.
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills are desired.
• You have a driver's license class B.
