About the Role
You will be instrumental in building our growth engine from the ground up. This hands-on role involves a dynamic mix of video creation, campaign management, lead generation, and closing deals across the entire funnel, from initial awareness to revenue. We value speed, pragmatism, and measurable results.
Your Responsibilities
- Content & Creatives: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short videos; create ads, social assets, and thumbnails.
- Paid & Organic Acquisition: Set up, test, and scale advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- Web & Tracking: Build landing pages and track events and conversions.
- Automation & Tooling: Implement CRM/Marketing Automation, Zapier/Make flows, basic scripts/prompts, and ensure UTM hygiene.
- Outbound & Sales Enablement: Develop email/LinkedIn sequences, conduct lead research, qualify leads, manage the CRM pipeline, and handle offers and follow-ups.
- Go-to-Market: Develop offers, messaging, hooks, and value propositions.
- Analytics & Learning: Plan experiments, manage reporting, analyze win/loss data, and control budgets.
Your Qualifications
