About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our dedicated team in Artist Management, focusing on media, social media, and influencer marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a challenging and rewarding field, working with renowned clients and cutting-edge technologies. You will play a crucial role in supporting our internal talents and expanding our partnership network.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and management of our internal talents.
• Assist in identifying and securing new cooperation partners.
• Learn and execute the process of handling inquiries and offers.
• Gain insights into market pricing and negotiation strategies, with opportunities to practice in price negotiations with providers and service partners.
• Understand contract structures within the industry, including potential pitfalls, and begin reviewing contracts.
• Collaborate with Artist Managers to develop and realize concepts and content formats for talents.
• Act as a liaison between talents and partners, planning their engagements and ensuring their well-being.
• Identify and acquire potential new cooperation partners and explore future formats and shows.
• Begin in a supportive role, with gradual advancement based on development and performance within the first year.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of an internship, working student role, or completed vocational training in Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing, or a related field (e.g., digital, social media, or PR agency).
• A keen interest and understanding of the latest digital and consumer trends.
• Proficiency in using all common social media networks and online communities.
• Ideally, prior experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
• High levels of creativity and motivation.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
