About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Artist Management team, focusing on Media/Social Media and Influencer Marketing. This position provides a unique opportunity to grow your expertise in managing talent, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to high-impact campaigns. You will be an integral part of a motivated team, working with cutting-edge technology and esteemed clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and communication with our internal talents.
• Assist in identifying new cooperation partners, creating proposals, and managing incoming inquiries.
• Develop your negotiation skills in contracts and price discussions with vendors and service providers (cooperation partners).
• Collaborate with Artist Managers on concepts and content formats for talents, aiding in their implementation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between talents and partners, coordinating their schedules and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Identify and actively pursue potential new cooperation partners and future content formats or shows.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing, or a related field (e.g., digital, social media, or PR agency).
• A strong interest and intuitive understanding of the latest digital and consumer trends.
• Proficient in navigating and utilizing all common social media networks and online communities.
• Ideally, possess experience in the implementation and/or conceptualization of social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrate high levels of creativity and motivation.
• Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
