Key Responsibilities

• Support customers and prospects regarding modern energy solutions.
• Assist with inquiries about products, technology, and services in the renewable energy sector.
• Conduct professional consultations via phone and/or digital channels.
• Handle customer requests reliably and with a focus on solutions.
• Ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in the energy sector and customer interaction.
• Very good German language skills (spoken and written – min. C1).
• Comfortable working with PCs.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends within our service hours.
• Exceptional skills in customer satisfaction, solution orientation, empathy, and likability.
• Friendly demeanor and respectful communication.
• Enjoy making diverse customer personalities happy.
• Requirement to work from home (in Germany).
