Responsibilities

• Provide telephone support for German and English-speaking colleagues on various topics.
• Conduct internal system testing.
• Cross-departmental collaboration and participation in internal company events.
• Customer contact via incoming channels such as chat and email.
• Handle customer complaints.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a commercial field with customer service experience or comparable professional experience.
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German and English – additional languages are a plus.
• You are independent, reliable, customer- and goal-oriented.
• Enjoy direct contact and interaction with people.
