As a Digital Customer Solutions Engineer (CSE), you will serve as the primary technical advisor throughout a customer's lifecycle. You will act as a Cloudflare product expert, ensuring our enterprise customers maximize the value derived from the Cloudflare platform. Your goal is to drive customer success and enable them to fully utilize our services.
As a Digital CSE, you will meticulously analyze customer requirements and issues, identify root causes of complex problems, and devise elegant, efficient solutions. Your deep understanding of how the internet works will be crucial.
You will collaborate closely with Digital Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and other Cloudflare teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support, to implement scalable solutions that meet customer needs.
