Overview
We are seeking thought leaders in Agile, Product Management, and Business Analysis who are passionate about delivering innovative solutions that meet real business needs. Our Product/Agile Analysts thrive in collaborative, cross-functional teams, working closely with UX designers, developers, data specialists, and business stakeholders to shape and deliver features aligned with product strategy. We combine Agile methodologies with modern analysis techniques to define success, drive product vision and strategy, and lead the creation and prioritization of feature roadmaps based on business value and user impact.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product leaders, designers, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to shape product direction and deliver valuable solutions from concept to launch.
- Define and evolve a product vision and strategy rooted in user needs, business objectives, and data.
- Lead discovery efforts, apply analysis techniques (user research, mapping, modeling), and conduct feasibility assessments.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap balancing short-term delivery with long-term innovation, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Prioritize product features based on value, effort, dependencies, and user feedback.
- Translate ideas into clear, testable user stories and success criteria; support agile events and iterative delivery.
- Establish and track key product metrics to evaluate performance and guide continuous improvement.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring shared understanding of goals and outcomes.
- Support adoption planning and coordinate product rollouts using change management principles.
- Proactively identify risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies, owning resolution paths.
- Help shape and evolve team practices, encouraging collaboration, user focus, and agility.
- Mentor team members, share knowledge, and promote a product-thinking mindset.
- Lead and conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and 508 compliance testing.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management, agile business analysis, or related roles within software or data product development.
- Proven ability to define, plan, and deliver end-to-end product solutions in cross-functional, agile environments.
- Experience transforming requirements into an evidence-based, prioritized product backlog.
- Skilled in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and backlog management practices.
- Ability to lead discovery work using a range of research methods and collaborate on iterative design.
- Comfort working with data—defining metrics, analyzing performance, and using insights to drive decisions.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Adept at balancing multiple priorities, navigating ambiguity, and working across business and technical domains.
Compensation
- Pay Range: $100,735—$142,165 USD
- Note: Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top or bottom of the range.
- Bonus: Opportunity for an annual bonus based on shared firmwide goals and objectives.
