What You'll Do
As the operational backbone of the Brand & Communications team, you will be responsible for creative operations, brand consistency, and the systems/workflows that enable a lean team to deliver high-quality output across a portfolio of 25+ vertical software brands. You'll partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to ensure cohesive brand touchpoints, scaling creative output through smart processes and AI-assisted tools.
Creative Operations
- Own end-to-end creative workflow management: intake, routing, prioritization, and delivery across all brands.
- Manage project progress and stakeholder communication across multiple workstreams.
- Oversee relationships with external creative partners, freelancers, and agencies, including briefing and integrating their work.
- Build and maintain scalable systems that empower team members.
Brand Strategy Execution
- Translate brand strategy into day-to-day creative execution for campaigns, product launches, and partner materials.
- Build, maintain, and improve the Canva and AI-assisted design template library for self-service asset creation.
- Identify opportunities to standardize and scale creative output across the portfolio.
Brand Governance & Quality
- Serve as the first line of quality review for brand outputs, enforcing guidelines and maintaining brand standards.
- Assess asset brand-appropriateness and clearly articulate rationale.
- Protect creative quality without hindering delivery speed.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to understand creative needs, manage timelines, and ensure brand cohesion.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on project status and priorities.
- Gracefully triage requests and manage expectations across the organization.
AI-Enabled & Data-Driven Ways of Working
- Leverage AI tools (Canva AI, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate creative and content production.
- Continuously build AI literacy and apply AI-enabled practices daily.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and scale output with a lean team.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the Brand & Communications team.
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in brand management, creative operations, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience managing creative workflows across multiple brands or product lines simultaneously.
- Hands-on proficiency with Canva at an advanced or team-admin level, including building and governing shared template libraries.
- Comfort using AI tools to accelerate creative and content production workflows.
- Strong project management instincts; ability to manage multiple workstreams and align stakeholders with minimal oversight.
- A sharp brand eye, with the ability to assess brand consistency and articulate rationale clearly.
- Proactive ownership and follow-through.
- Ability to build trust through consistent quality.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
