About the Role

We are hiring a Supply Chain Specialist to support Wardrobe, our fashion marketplace venture. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and operationally strong professional who understands the complexities of textile and fashion supply chains across Turkey, Canada, and the United States. As an early-stage startup, we are looking for someone excited to grow with the business and contribute beyond a traditional role definition. This position is designed for a candidate who believes in the long-term potential of the company and is open to being part of that journey from an early stage.

Compensation Structure

This is a startup-stage opportunity with a compensation model centered primarily around equity vesting. Compensation may also be provided on a contract/invoice basis as work is billed and delivered. We seek individuals who understand the realities of an early-stage venture and value the upside of building with the company over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee supply chain operations for Wardrobe.
  • Manage inventory planning, tracking, and replenishment processes.
  • Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and improve performance.
  • Support vendor, logistics, and fulfillment coordination across multiple markets.
  • Ensure timely movement of goods and resolve supply chain or delivery issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to maintain smooth operations.
  • Monitor and support cross-border supply chain requirements between Turkey, Canada, and the US.
  • Contribute to process development for scalable and efficient marketplace operations.
  • Support compliance awareness related to textile trade, import/export flows, and applicable tax considerations.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, and Operations Management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess processes and implement improvements.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain dynamics in Turkey, Canada, and the United States.
  • Familiarity with textile industry logistics, cross-border trade flows, and broad tax considerations related to textiles.
  • Experience with supply chain platforms, ERP systems, or operational software is an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as CPIM or CSCP are considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote role.
  • Must be based in Toronto.
