Your Day-to-Day:

• You will be part of the Business team, interacting with key areas such as Sales, Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain, understanding the business from end-to-end.
• Your focus will be on leading and supporting Innovation and Continuous Improvement projects, identifying opportunities to make our processes more agile, efficient, and strategic.
• You will participate in initiatives related to Lean, process optimization, implementation of BI tools, CRM evolution, and digital transformation projects.
• You will also work with data analysis, KPI construction and monitoring, generating insights that directly impact business decision-making.
