Job Description

As a Lead Project Manager, your role will encompass two key areas: Project Management and Corporate/Departmental Assignments.

Project Management Responsibilities:

  • Manage small (<5 countries and/or limited services) and medium-sized (5-15 countries and/or full service) projects under general supervision, with primary responsibility for delivering project outcomes in conformance with predefined quality standards, on time, and within budget.
  • Perform the project co-manager role in complex international projects/programs, with secondary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with predefined quality standards, on time, and within budget.
  • Adhere to and promote the principles of delivery and service excellence in all interactions with PSI customers.
  • Provide effective project team leadership.

Corporate/Departmental Assignments:

  • Train, mentor, and coach study team members.
  • Participate in feasibility research.
  • Assist in business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and bid defense meetings.
  • Implement company standard practices and ensure compliance with intradepartmental procedures.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in clinical research.
  • At least 2 years of project-level clinical project management experience, encompassing all project phases from startup to closure.
  • Experience in Oncology is preferred; experience in Gastroenterology and/or radiopharmaceuticals is considered a plus.
