The Opportunity

Due to ongoing delivery success with our clients across Australia, Turner & Townsend’s Project Management division is actively recruiting Project Managers at various levels for our offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage complex projects and programs, serving as the key client interface.
• Develop strong working relationships, solve problems proactively, and drive projects to successful completion.
• Manage the design process to ensure alignment with client requirements and expectations.
• Review project plans and specifications, including scheduling, cost-saving measures, and potential construction issues.
• Ensure adherence to project safety and environmental requirements.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and provide regular reporting.
• Oversee project budgets and advise on strategies to maintain financial targets.
• Chair project and site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Engage actively in marketing and business development initiatives.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications)

• A recognized Degree qualification in a technical field such as Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
• Client-side consulting experience is highly advantageous.
• The ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills are essential; Primavera skills will be highly regarded.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong report and bid writing capabilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
• Highly motivated and driven, with a genuine passion for client delivery.
