Who You Are
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead the construction of a $3 billion+ project. Job Description
Project Oversight
- Be responsible for the overall construction of a $3 billion+ project.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SOPC) for all construction-related matters.
Team Leadership
- Lead and coordinate the consultants' site team, including Construction Project Managers, Schedule Managers, Risk Managers, and Cost Managers.
- Oversee multiple General Contractors (GC) and Construction Managers (CM) working concurrently.
Interface Management
- Ensure effective interface management among all stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Project Delivery
- Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Proactively manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
Compliance and Safety
- Guarantee adherence to all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
- Foster a strong culture of safety and quality across the project.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- 10-20+ years of proven experience, preferably in capital project manufacturing or large-scale construction projects.
Skills
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Certifications
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or equivalent are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in capital project manufacturing.
- Familiarity with large-scale construction projects.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Ability to be on-site in the London area 4 days a week.

Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
