About the Role
Join our newly forming team as a Full-Stack Developer and contribute to building groundbreaking enterprise products. What You Will Do
- Build robust applications using MongoDB, Next.js, Nest.js, and Node.js, integrated with DevOps tools and practices.
- Engage in daily coding, reviewing, deploying, testing, and iterating as part of our core workflow.
- Participate in regular Scrum ceremonies, continuously innovating and optimizing for speed, scalability, and security.
- Help architect systems for high availability and resilience, leveraging AWS services for scalable cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Development: Develop robust applications using Node.js, MongoDB, Next.js, and Nest.js.
- DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and YAML for seamless deployment.
- Containerization and Orchestration: Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerizing and orchestrating applications.
- Cloud Infrastructure on AWS: Implement scalable DevOps solutions using AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
- Security Best Practices: Build secure, robust web applications with a strong focus on security standards.
- Architectural Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architectural decisions for system scalability and performance.
- RESTful Services Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Infrastructure Automation: Develop processes for infrastructure automation using Terraform, Jenkins, and Docker.
- Real-Time Problem Solving: Address complex problems in real-time to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Monitoring and Logging: Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system health.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience developing with Node.js/MERN stack or equivalent.
- 2+ years of core web application development experience (front-end and back-end).
- 2+ years of CI/CD and/or DevOps related work experience.
Technical Skills:
- AWS Familiarity: Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation).
- Containerization: Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
- DevOps Tools: Knowledge of DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions.
- Configuration Management: Working experience with YAML.
- Infrastructure as Code: Familiarity with Terraform.
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git and GitHub.
Programming Languages:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Working experience with PHP is a strong plus.
Security and Compliance:
- Experience in secure software development and architecture.
- Familiarity with security best practices and protocols.
Additional Tools:
- Exposure to VSCode, Postman, Jira, Jenkins, and Docker.
- Experience with monitoring tools (AWS CloudWatch, ELK Stack).
