What You Will Do

  • Provide first-line support to customers via chat, calls, and emails.
  • Escalate and resolve customer tickets efficiently.
  • Clearly and accurately answer policy and billing questions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during service outages, ensuring timely communication and support.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and adhere to internal procedures.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic and solution-oriented support.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 for spoken and written).
  • Experience using Zendesk.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support (must-have).
  • Tech-savvy, capable of testing and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload).
