This role is responsible for designing, managing, and continuously improving scalable onboarding programs that align provider business goals with Field Nation’s marketplace capabilities and operational standards. As a strategic operational partner, you will ensure providers are activated, educated, engaged, and operationally prepared to succeed in the marketplace.
