This role is responsible for designing, managing, and continuously improving scalable onboarding programs that align provider business goals with Field Nation’s marketplace capabilities and operational standards. As a strategic operational partner, you will ensure providers are activated, educated, engaged, and operationally prepared to succeed in the marketplace. The role blends program management, operational strategy, workflow design, and data analysis to enhance onboarding efficiency and provider experience at scale.

What You'll Get to Do:

Program Strategy & Onboarding Framework Development

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable onboarding programs for Independent Providers and Service Companies.
  • Develop structured onboarding frameworks covering the full lifecycle, including verification, account setup, and marketplace readiness milestones.
  • Continuously evaluate onboarding workflows to identify operational gaps, friction points, and scalability opportunities.
  • Build operational playbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and governance frameworks to improve consistency across initiatives.

Onboarding Program Execution

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of onboarding initiatives for providers and service companies.
  • Define onboarding milestones, timelines, deliverables, and activation goals.
  • Monitor progression and proactively identify risks, delays, or challenges in provider engagement.
  • Coordinate onboarding priorities across internal teams to ensure alignment with operational standards.

Workflow Design & Automation

  • Design and optimize onboarding workflows to improve efficiency and reduce friction for internal teams and providers.
  • Identify and support automation opportunities, including automated triggers, status tracking systems, and reporting integrations.
  • Partner with Product and Data teams to strengthen onboarding infrastructure and reduce reliance on manual processes.

Data, Reporting & Operational Insights

  • Own operational visibility through reporting, dashboard development, and onboarding data analysis.
  • Maintain dashboards focused on activation rates, verification timelines, and work order adoption trends.
  • Translate onboarding data into strategic recommendations that support operational decision-making.

Communication & Enablement

  • Develop and manage scalable onboarding communication strategies and frameworks.
  • Create educational materials, provider guides, and onboarding resources to improve provider self-sufficiency.
  • Collaborate with Provider Experience (PX) to implement in-product education and guided onboarding experiences.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience in reporting tools like Tableau, Amplitude, App Script, or Excel.

Program & Project Management

  • Excellent organizational skills with experience managing multiple onboarding initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to define timelines, milestones, and operational deliverables effectively.
  • Strong process management and workflow design capabilities, including experience with operational playbooks.

Collaboration & Decision-Making

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights and updates to stakeholders.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Ability to manage escalations professionally and make informed decisions in fast-paced environments.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

  • This is a full-time, hybrid position. Employees come into the office on Mondays & Tuesdays.
  • Shift: 9 hours/day – 5 days per week (Mon-Fri).
  • Working hours generally range from 8 PM - 5 AM (can vary due to daylight savings in the U.S.).

Office Location

  • Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh (Hybrid)

Salary Range

  • BDT 80,000 - 120,000 (Monthly)
