Online Marketing Specialist (SEO/GEO & AI Focus) - Berlin

We are an e-commerce agency based in Berlin, specializing in the development and marketing of online shops for our clients. We are seeking enthusiastic support in Online Marketing for our e-commerce clients, with an initial focus on SEO/GEO and the perspective to take on additional disciplines in the future.

Your Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

• You will be responsible for the setup and execution of SEO/GEO (AI Search) projects in the e-commerce environment.
• You will serve as the central point of contact for your clients, identifying opportunities for expanding collaboration.
• You will develop online marketing strategies and create SEO/GEO (AI Search) audits.
• You will gain expertise in complementary fields to SEO/GEO – particularly Paid Ads and Email Marketing – to elevate your skills.
• You will work with the latest AI tools – especially Claude and n8n – and actively integrate them into your daily work for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
• You will moderate and plan tasks for individual specialists (copywriters, developers, assistants).
• You will conduct workshops and presentations for clients.
• You will create regular reports and derive data-driven recommendations for further growth.

Your Qualifications (Qualifikation)

• Completed university degree, ideally in Marketing.
• Confident demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Independent and proactive work style.
• Efficient work approach and the ability to quickly understand and structure complex issues.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Online Marketing.
• Openness and curiosity in working with AI tools (e.g., Claude, n8n) – ideally with initial experience in productive use.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Enjoyment of teamwork.
• Motivation and eagerness to learn.
• Native-level German language skills.
