About the Role

We are seeking a senior Marketing Operations person to serve as the backbone of our revenue engine. The ideal candidate thrives on clean data, sharp reporting, and ensuring Sales and Marketing operate in unison. Job Objectives

  • Own the integrity, structure, and usefulness of our marketing data, reporting, and CRM (HubSpot) to ensure team-wide trust and actionable insights.
  • Act as the connective tissue between Sales and Marketing, ensuring a fluid and coordinated funnel.
  • Translate marketing activities into measurable revenue impact, from pipeline generation through to conversion.
  • Provide operational support for the marketing team, including process improvement, data hygiene, automation, and hands-on assistance with initiatives like events and content.
  • Support other marketing activities and team members with feedback, ideas, operational support, and reporting.

Responsibilities

CRM & Marketing Operations (~65% of the role)

  • End-to-end ownership of HubSpot data quality: capture, structure, deduplication, and maintenance to ensure CRM data accurately reflects reality.
  • Manage lifecycle stages: define criteria and move contacts through the funnel from initial touch to closed-won.
  • Build and maintain accurate, decision-ready reports and dashboards, focusing on meaningful metrics.
  • Coordinate the Sales ↔ Marketing handoff: lead routing, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), shared definitions, and daily alignment.
  • Design, build, and continuously improve automations and workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • Track, report on, and improve key metrics: marketing pipeline volume & quality, marketing pipeline velocity, sales efficiency/conversion, process & data health (data quality score, CRM adoption rate).

Marketing Support & Cross-functional (~35% of the role)

  • Support marketing initiatives, with a focus on events: operations, logistics, data capture, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate on content: align stakeholders, provide feedback, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Proactively identify and resolve process issues, improve existing systems, and build new functionalities.

Required Skills

  • Strong, hands-on HubSpot / CRM expertise: Deep understanding of HubSpot's data model, reporting, lifecycle stages, automation, properties, and workflows is non-negotiable.
  • Advanced English: C1 or C2 proficiency.
  • AI-native way of working: Proficiently use AI tools for speed, sharpness, and continuous improvement in your workflow.
  • Solid business & revenue mindset: Understand the commercial funnel and prioritize outcomes over activity.
  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Ops / RevOps / CRM management.
  • Passion: Genuine care for the role, high proactivity, curiosity, and a drive to improve and build.
  • Proactive team player: Strong will to learn and collaborate.

Nice to Have

  • Proven experience building marketing automations and advanced workflows.
  • Experience in B2B, consultancy, or tech / data & AI environments.
  • Proven experience utilizing Claude for work-related tasks.
  • Hands-on event marketing experience.
  • Experience working across Sales and Marketing in a RevOps setup.
  • Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
