Position Summary

Safe Haven Security is seeking a Builder Sales Support Admin (BSS Admin) to join our organization. As a BSS Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the division’s sales by handling call traffic and managing the resolution and maintenance of finalized customer accounts. This role is 100% remote, with primary duties including taking calls and performing other administrative tasks for the Builder Concierge Sales team.

In this role you will:

  • Engage with customers to facilitate account maintenance and guide call traffic.
  • Maintain a streamlined workflow for managing tickets, voicemails, reports, and call queues.
  • Serve as an authentic voice to help resolve our customers’ needs.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Exceptional communication and de-escalation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A self-motivated, dedicated, and disciplined mindset.
  • Proficiency in working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proven ability to stay organized.
  • Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum download/upload speed of 500 Mbps to support video conferencing, system tools, and call quality.

What Safe Haven requires in a candidate:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior customer-facing experience.
