About the Role
As a Senior DevRel Engineer, you will be at the forefront of engaging with the developer community. This hybrid role involves creating exciting technical content, gathering crucial market feedback, and acting as a key influencer in the evolution of our developer tools. You'll have significant autonomy to define strategy and collaborate across functions, with the full support of our team. This is a high-impact position perfect for someone with a strong opinion on the future of Dev Tools and a deep understanding of modern DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Implement programs to gather developer feedback and effectively communicate insights back to users.
- Build and refine product adoption loops through compelling content, product improvements, and community nurturing.
- Assist in initiatives related to our Open Source presence, including our CLI, Nixpacks, and Templates.
- Craft resources that foster the growth of the developer ecosystem, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.
About You
- Possess a strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly through writing, video, or practical projects.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for Railway, actively using it to build and showcase its capabilities.
- Share insights effectively with a diverse range of developers.
- Exhibit a great sense of direction and prioritization in an ambiguous, early-stage startup environment.
- Be comfortable with multiple languages/stacks, creating educational content for deployment on public cloud or Railway.
- Excel at translating complex technical concepts into easily understandable information.
