About the Role
As a high-performing, entry-level Sales Representative (BDR), you will be immersed in the world of commercial real estate advertising and event sales. You will partner with clients across the CRE industry to promote, market, and grow their brands through Bisnow's extensive media platform and live networking events. This role is designed for individuals seeking a strong foundation in sales, with a clear path for career advancement to Business Manager. You will receive comprehensive training on Bisnow's products and solutions, work with the sales team to generate new meetings, proposals, and contracts, and attend events to network and deepen your industry knowledge. The ultimate goal is to develop into a Business Manager, where you will build your own book of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with marketing decision-makers across all asset classes and sectors within our target markets.
- Drive event sponsorship sales (digital and in-person) through in-depth prospecting research to identify and secure sponsors.
- Consistently prospect new business to build a robust pipeline for the senior sales team, becoming an expert in specificity prospecting.
- Engage with sponsorship prospects via phone and email, and promptly respond to all inbound leads.
- Collaborate with the event production department to develop sponsor-friendly programs aligned with client interests.
- Brainstorm and propose fresh, relevant topic ideas to align with current industry trends.
- Understand and strive to exceed individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Document all daily activities accurately within the Salesforce CRM.
- Work closely with the sales team to accelerate the sales cycle and expand reach into target accounts.
- Foster positive, cross-functional team collaboration to ensure successful sponsorship, marketing, and financial performance of events.

Compensation
- $50,000 - $55,000 per year
- + Uncapped monthly bonuses!
Location
- Hybrid position: 3-4 days per week in the office, 1-2 days remotely.
- Office Location: 1730 Rhode Island Ave NW, Washington, DC 20036.
- Open to candidates in the Philadelphia market.
