About the Role

PSI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee medium-to-large scale clinical research projects. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful delivery of project milestones, adhering to stringent quality standards, and maintaining project timelines and budgets. You will be instrumental in guiding project teams and serving as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage medium-sized (5-15 countries/full service) or large (>15 countries, full service) projects/programs, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
  • Promote and adhere to PSI's principles of delivery and service excellence.
  • Lead and supervise project teams effectively.
  • Perform project supervision for small projects (<5 countries/limited services).
  • Act as the primary escalation contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams on all project-related matters.
  • Train, mentor, and coach Regional Project Leads and Project Managers.
  • Participate in feasibility research for new projects.
  • Support business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and bid defense meetings.
  • Implement company standard practices and ensure compliance with intradepartmental procedures.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the clinical research industry.
  • At least 4 years of global, project-level clinical project management experience, encompassing all project phases from startup to closure, management of all functional services, and vendor management.
  • Proven experience managing global projects.
  • Experience in Gastroenterology is preferred; Oncology and radiopharmaceutical experience are considered a plus.
