Voltvera is a young, fast-growing energy-tech startup based in the heart of Cologne. Our mission is to significantly reduce the energy costs for industrial companies, thereby strengthening Germany's industrial base and measurably accelerating the energy transition.

We develop intelligently controlled battery storage solutions for industrial sites. These solutions optimize peak shaving, PV self-consumption, electricity procurement, and other energy industry use cases.

The market environment is fundamentally shifting, with price volatility and the need for flexibility making our solution a critical infrastructure investment rather than a mere "nice-to-have." We are scaling precisely as the market for industrial storage experiences massive growth.

Our team, comprised of former strategy consultants and engineers, combines entrepreneurial execution with strategic excellence and technical depth. We aim for Germany to be a pioneer in this field and for Voltvera to become a significant player in the European energy market. Your Responsibilities

• Strategic and operational support for management in the further development of Voltvera, including market analyses, business cases, go-to-market strategies, decision papers, and special projects.
• Analysis, structuring, and preparation of economic and technical issues related to battery storage projects (e.g., profitability models, site assessments, offer and project calculations).
• Interface function between business, technology, and external partners, including coordination of project partners, preparation of customer appointments, and independent operational responsibility.
• Long-term goal: Develop towards full responsibility for a dedicated sub-area, including team leadership.

Your Qualifications

• Relevant experience in consulting, M&A, or startups.
• Analytical thinking and strong communication skills.
• Native-level German proficiency.
• Drive, ownership, and a desire for responsibility.
• Structured and independent working style.
• Enthusiasm for the energy transition, technology, and business.
