Growth Lead, Enterprise Demand Generation

Spellbook📍 CanadaEstimated: $80,000 - $120,000

✨ AI Insights & Summary

Spellbook, a leading AI copilot for transactional lawyers, is seeking a Growth Lead to drive enterprise pipeline generation and scaling. Backed by prominent investors and having recently secured $50 million in Series B funding, Spellbook is at a pivotal growth stage. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a demand generation expert to build and execute impactful campaigns, directly influence revenue, and work closely with sales in a high-growth SaaS environment. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, possess a proven track record in enterprise demand generation, and are passionate about revolutionizing legal workflows, this is your chance to make a significant impact.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Growth Lead to own how Spellbook generates and scales enterprise pipelines, designing programs that reach the right buyers, create urgency, and translate directly into revenue. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll build account-focused campaigns that work across email, events, content, paid media, and outbound, while partnering closely with Sales to make sure marketing activity turns into meetings, opportunities, and closed deals. This is an ideal role for someone who has built demand gen programs that move enterprise buyers, knows how to work hand-in-hand with sales, and wants to own a pipeline and revenue number.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies focused on enterprise accounts across legal departments, procurement teams, and law firms.
  • Build integrated, multi-channel campaigns across email, webinars, events, paid media, content, and outbound support.
  • Create and scale ABM programs targeting strategic accounts.
  • Partner with Account Executives and SDRs to align on target account strategy and build campaigns that support strategic opportunities and expansion efforts.
  • Launch executive roundtables, customer events, and webinar programs designed to generate qualified meetings.
  • Develop nurture programs tailored to enterprise buying committees.
  • Run experiments to improve engagement, meeting generation, and pipeline creation.
  • Improve marketing automation and campaign operations.
  • Help define scalable demand gen processes as Spellbook grows.
  • Support with other responsibilities and projects as required.

Qualifications

  • 4–8+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of owning pipeline and revenue targets and delivering measurable results against enterprise or mid-market sales motions.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with funnel metrics.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities, especially with Sales.
  • Experience marketing to legal, compliance, procurement, or professional services buyers is a plus.
  • Startup or high-growth environment experience is a plus.

Why Join Spellbook?

  • Embrace autonomy and accountability in a flexible work environment; we focus on outcomes and empower you to determine how to get the job done.
  • Access our company-paid group benefits for you and your family, with $1,000 towards mental health support.
  • Disconnect during our holiday closure and take advantage of our generous time off policies throughout the year.
  • Enjoy monthly paid meals, an annual wellness allowance to support your well-being and parental leave top-ups as your family grows.
