Life Cycle Product Manager (m/w/d)

About the Company

Our client is an internationally established key player in medical technology, developing and producing high-precision systems for applications in regulated healthcare environments. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced individual for the lifecycle management and technical support as well as further development of existing products for the location in the Stuttgart region (hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Support for a strategic key account regarding series product-related topics.
• Coordination and processing of customer inquiries, including effort, cost, and time estimation in coordination with specialist departments.
• Management of CAPAs, complaints, deviations, as well as LCM and change projects in close collaboration with QM and Development.
• Independent management of projects such as aging studies, material changes, or lifetime extensions, including coordination with laboratories and specialist departments.
• Interface management between the key account, internal specialist departments, and suppliers, as well as ensuring implementation.

Qualifications

• Technical or scientific degree, e.g., in Medical Technology, Industrial Engineering, Technical Product Design, or Biotechnology.
• 2+ years of professional experience in medical technology or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in technical project or customer management, ideally in the LCM environment.
• Knowledge of injection molding or mechanics-related products is an advantage.
