Junior Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) – München

Cyrus Digital is one of the leading boutique agencies for performance marketing in e-commerce. We manage renowned D2C brands – including Luxusbetten24, Pammys, Freiluftkind, and many more. Located in the heart of Schwabing, we will train you from the ground up: About a year of experience in any area of online marketing is sufficient – we will teach you the rest, in a structured manner and under the direct guidance of experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

• Contribute to campaign setup and ongoing optimization.
• Gradually take over responsibility for your own accounts for real brands – up to fully independent management.
• Strategically develop your clients – evolving from an implementer to a trusted sparring partner.

Qualifications (Qualifikation)

• Approximately one year of professional experience in online marketing – the specific discipline is secondary.
• Meticulous, self-initiated work style and enjoyment of working with numbers.
• Residence in Munich or willingness to relocate, and very good German language skills.
