Customer Support Representative (Remote)

  • Location: Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Poland, Netherlands

In this role, you will be responsible for handling online booking tool queries, service issues, and general customer support queries. This includes providing resolutions towards the customer within agreed service levels, investigating and determining root causes, and developing improvement opportunities. You will ensure timely turnaround of all customer service correspondence. Experience in Customer Service, good written communication skills in English. Knowledge of the Energy, Resource and Marine (ERM) segment in business travel is a plus.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will:

  • Respond to requests accurately and completely.
  • Professionally and appropriately respond to customer inquiries and develop a positive working relationship.
  • Consistently meet and sometimes exceed individual and team goals.
  • Use industry and system knowledge to find the root cause of an issue, explore and find alternatives and solutions, and appropriately advise/educate the customer.
  • Use positive language and word choices to avoid negative customer reactions.

About You

  • Prior experience in a corporate travel office.
  • Proficiency in GDS Amadeus.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
