About the Role
As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our dedicated client, Airbus. Your role is crucial in ensuring they travel smart and achieve more. This is a full-time, remote position based in Spain, France, or Poland.
Your Responsibilities
- Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer.
- Provide expert consultation on client travel policies.
- Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
- Inform clients about industry specifics, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and commercial relationships.
- Maintain and expand knowledge of various supported travel industries.
About You
- Extensive Travel Agent experience.
- Working knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes.
- Advanced skills in GDS Amadeus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Additional skills in French or German are a plus.
