About the Role

We are scaling our category-defining document management platform, which has surpassed the MVP stage, proven its market viability, achieved profitability, and serves hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide. We are looking for a Senior CRO Manager who excels in environments demanding ownership, speed, and scalability. This is not a typical 9-5 role; it's an opportunity for those seeking challenges, autonomy, and accelerated growth. You will own the complete optimization loop, from in-depth funnel analysis and hypothesis generation to creating high-fidelity wireframes and visual specifications, working directly with engineers to achieve measurable performance outcomes. Your scope extends beyond landing pages to encompass the entire user journey: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. We operate at a rapid, iterative pace, shipping features in days, learning, and continuously optimizing.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Optimization: Own complete optimization cycles including research, hypothesis generation, design, testing, and rollout, maintaining short iteration loops.
  • AI Integration: Utilize AI tools daily to accelerate research, ideation, design, analysis, and documentation; AI is integral to our workflow.
  • Funnel & Product Analysis: Conduct deep funnel and product analysis across the entire user journey (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization) and perform competitive benchmarking to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Design Specifications: Create high-fidelity wireframes and visual specifications that clearly articulate your vision while maintaining brand integrity. Development is code-first (Next.js, TailwindCSS), not Figma-dependent.
  • Engineering Collaboration: Partner closely with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and rapid deployment.
  • Data Analysis & Decisions: Analyze results with statistical rigor to make confident scaling decisions.
  • Roadmap Management: Document learnings and maintain a continuously prioritized testing roadmap.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Clearly present insights and results to stakeholders to build alignment and momentum.

Qualifications

  • Proven CRO Results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, preferably with subscription or SaaS funnels, demonstrating documented performance improvements.
  • Funnel & Product Thinking: Ability to think holistically about the full user journey and how product decisions intersect with funnel optimization.
  • AI-Native Workflow: Actively integrate AI into your daily process (prompting, prototyping, analyzing, drafting) and possess informed opinions on effective AI applications.
  • Design Acumen: Strong UI/UX sensibility with the ability to create compelling visual specifications.
  • Speed & Iteration: A bias for shipping quickly; prioritize launching well-designed tests rapidly over a single perfect test over a longer period.
  • Analytical Depth: Proficient with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, GrowthBook, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Execution Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
  • Ownership: Self-driven, proactive, and fully accountable for outcomes.
  • Fluent English: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing attribution models, UTM parameters, and ROAS measurement.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute swiftly.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
