The Role

We’re on the lookout for a Customer Support Representative who will primarily be responsible for assisting customers through our main support channels, including Email, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit. In addition to this, the role will contribute to growing our online community through thoughtful interactions on our social platforms. You’ll also work closely with a small, passionate team dedicated to the Youtooz brand and delivering exceptional customer support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written English, be highly organized and independent, possess strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail, and have a passion for customer support and internet culture.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer support across multiple channels while maintaining our brand voice.
• Resolving order-related issues, including address changes, refunds, lost shipments, and product defects.
• Assisting with various internal operational and logistical tasks to ensure smooth support, release, and delivery of Youtooz Collectibles.
• Engaging with our community on social media by responding to support inquiries and feedback.
• Acting as a Youtooz brand ambassador.

Requirements

• +1 years of experience in customer support across multiple channels (email, chat, phone).
• Experience with high-volume & fast-paced customer support.
• Proficient in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, SquareSpace).
• Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, Zoho).
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Passion for customer support and helping others.

Bonus Points

• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Written fluency in additional languages.
• Social Media Support experience (Twitter, Instagram, Reddit).
• Community Management experience.
• Strong familiarity with Internet and pop culture.

Compensation

• The Pay Range For This Role Is:
• 45,000 - 48,000 CAD per year (Toronto, Canada)
• 45,000 - 48,000 CAD per year (Montreal, Canada)
