We’re on the lookout for a Customer Support Representative who will primarily be responsible for assisting customers through our main support channels, including Email, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit. In addition to this, the role will contribute to growing our online community through thoughtful interactions on our social platforms. You’ll also work closely with a small, passionate team dedicated to the Youtooz brand and delivering exceptional customer support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written English, be highly organized and independent, possess strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail, and have a passion for customer support and internet culture.
