🎯 The Opportunity: Werkstudent (m/f/d) - Social Media & Content Creation

We are seeking an enthusiastic Werkstudent to actively build our social media presence and enhance our brand visibility. This role is about genuine brand building, not just content administration.

🗓️ Key Details

• Role: Werkstudent (Student Assistant)
• Hours: 20 hours/week
• Start Date: Immediately or by agreement
• Location: Hybrid (Regular on-site presence in Munich required for content production; otherwise flexible)
• Compensation: €16 per hour (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities

Social Media & Content:

• Build and manage our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content.
• Develop innovative content ideas and formats.
• Support the creation of video, image, and short-form content.
• Handle community management and basic performance analysis.

Optional: Employer Branding:

• Assist in building our employer brand through content showcasing our team and culture.
• Support recruitment and career campaigns.

Optional: Performance Marketing:

• Support basic Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns.
• Assist with tracking, reporting, and landing page optimization.

🎓 Qualifications

• Experience managing social media channels.
• A keen eye for content, visual aesthetics, and current social media trends.
• Independent and structured work approach.
• Excellent German language skills.

Optional:

• Experience with video editing or content creation tools.
• Initial experience with performance marketing (Google Ads / Meta Ads).
• Interest in healthcare, startups, or employer branding.
• Currently pursuing a Master's degree or advanced studies.
