🎯 The Role: Head of Sales – Betting & Gaming Media (Europe)

We are seeking a senior, hunter-led sales leader to drive direct commercial relationships with iGaming operators, sportsbooks across Europe, and their agencies. This role involves managing a small team of new business sales representatives, owning the full revenue cycle, cultivating senior client relationships, and closing complex, high-value programmatic deals.

  • Revenue Growth: Own and grow direct programmatic revenue from Tier 1 and Tier 2 sportsbooks and iGaming operators in Europe, offering managed service solutions and Deal ID-based buying.
  • Client Relationships: Act as the senior commercial relationship owner for C-level and Director stakeholders within operator organizations.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with new business revenue goals, targeting key operators, sports, and in-game signals.
  • Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage end-to-end sales cycles across display, digital video CTV, in-app, and DOOH, from strategy to deal execution.
  • Programmatic Expertise: Sell and activate managed service programmatic campaigns and Deal ID-based buying, leveraging Genius Sports’ proprietary data and real-time sports signals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Trading, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to refine betting and gaming-specific advertiser solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Own and manage team pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance in Salesforce, focusing on deal quality and scalable growth.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current with European betting and gaming market dynamics, including regulatory changes and competitive landscapes.
  • Industry Representation: Represent Genius Sports at key industry events and executive meetings.
