Your Task

• Creator Sourcing & Onboarding:
• Identify and recruit new creators monthly, ensuring alignment with brands, target audiences, and products.
• Manage the entire onboarding process, from initial contact and contract negotiation to the first post.
• Skillfully match creators to brands based on strategic fit.
• Creator Management & Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple affiliates, maintaining relationships, providing clear feedback, and ensuring performance.
• Create engaging briefings that activate creators.
• Coordinate content production to meet quality standards and timelines.
• Performance & Optimization:
• Consistently track creator performance, including GMV and affiliate sales, and interpret the data.
• Develop and implement optimization measures, continuously refine creator setups, and scale successful strategies.
• Share learnings systematically with the team and contribute to developing new standards.

You

• Experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or affiliate marketing, with a proven ability to activate and retain talent.
• No prior TikTok Shop background is necessary, but a genuine interest in the platform and how creator commerce functions is essential.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple creators, brands, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, enabling professional interaction with creators and clients.
• Data affinity; comfortable using numbers to inform decision-making.
• Hands-on mentality; proactive and self-starting.
