A Founders Associate Marketing & Commercial (m/f/d) who doesn't just observe growth but actively steers it β scaling channels, launching go-to-market projects from scratch, and learning how a startup truly grows. This is where you come in. π
Aufgabengebiete (Responsibilities)
- π€ AI & Process Automation in Marketing: Actively implement AI tools in the marketing workflow for content creation, personalization, and research. Simultaneously, build scalable automations (e.g., with n8n) to replace manual processes in marketing ops and lead handling.
- π₯ Demand Generation & Paid Marketing: Scale channels like Google Ads / Meta Ads as new revenue streams and continuously optimize based on performance data.
- Steering Go-to-Market Projects & Product Launches: Take cross-departmental responsibility for new GTM projects, such as building a customer-get-customer program or launching new verticals.
- ποΈ Event & Webinar Management: Take strategic responsibility for trade shows and webinars, including defining goals, managing budgets, and coordinating stakeholders. You will manage and develop our Marketing Manager responsible for operational project management.
- π Owned Web Presence: Strategically manage our website, landing pages, and Customer Reference Page. Provide content and design briefings to your FTE and ensure Time-to-Publish is not a bottleneck.
- β Customer Stories & Sales Enablement: Systematically identify promoters, manage Customer Voice Production (video, interviews, quotes), and ensure Sales always has the right materials.
- π€ Leadership & Development of FTE: Provide disciplinary and functional leadership for one Marketing FTE, including goal setting, performance management, and coaching in trade show project management, content, and design.
Qualifikation (Qualifications)
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up where you quickly took ownership.
- Actively use AI tools in your daily work β content generation, research, personalization, prompt engineering. Not just theoretical interest, but demonstrable daily application.
- Practical experience with workflow automation (n8n, Zapier, or Make) β you build and maintain workflows yourself, especially for lead handovers and marketing ops.
- Familiarity with Paid Marketing (Google Ads, Meta) β you have ideally set up, tracked, and optimized campaigns independently.
- Data-driven approach β funnel analysis, A/B testing, and clean KPI reporting are fundamental to your work.
- View this role as a springboard β either towards your own startup or into a first leadership position in marketing. We will actively support your development.
- Ready to take on responsibility from Day 1 β for channels, projects, and an FTE.
- Native-level German and C1-level English proficiency.
